Location was great. Walking distance to old town. Close to hawker centres. Clean place. Was a big room which was amazing. Filtered water machine outside rooms was convenient. Pool was amazing though their floor tiles were super slippery

The hotel is new and modern, and everything is very clean. The beds were comfortable and the room (deluxe suite) spacious. Everything we needed was provided. All the staff were very friendly and keen to accommodate any requests. I think that the hotel is a great base for exploring George Town, with the old town, the street art, and many good restaurants within walking distance. There is also a shopping mall directly opposite the hotel, which is convenient. There is an infinity swimming pool on the 14th floor which offers good views of the city.

Large suite with lots of space. Friendly and helpful staff. Accommodations were clean and comfortable, especially the bed. Good facilities such as an infinity pool with see-through bottom on on end sitting 14 floors high and a good workout gym. There was also a water purification unit with hot and cold water to refill your water bottles.

1) Excellent location. 2) Staff especially front desk are responsive, helpful and courteous. 3) By and large a clean hotel. 4) Razzle Suite is more suitable for adults than families

Excellent staff from reception to the concierge. Location of the hotel was perfect within walking distance to all the eating and sights in Georgetown. Room fittings were new excellent bed and shower.

Location was good . Central of Georgetown, and no issue of moving around, if one doesn't mind walking. The staff was definitely very friendly and helpful. Love the room and also the services provided.

The room is spacious and suitable for small family like mine. Bed and pillows are really cosy. Location is ideal. Near to all eateries and tourist spots. Enjoyed our 4 days stay there. Our parking guide cum concierge En. Neezam and two other gentlement were very helpful and friendly.

Walking distance to Chowastra, street food, and the old shopping areas which I love - Pragin Mall, GAMA. Great Dosa/Prata eatery in the row of shophouses just in front; same for massage spa. All staff we encountered were friendly and professional. Room and beds were very comfortable. Price was very competitive with other similar hotels. Also we appreciated the many comfortable seating at the very nice lobby while we waited for our Grab rides. Would have happily stayed a few more days if we could. We hope to be back again.

Very big comfortable room. Great view of Komtar New Year's eve fire works. Staff were very helpful.
